Our server Will was on point. Hahahaha He takes me here! We were going to eat in but the inside was a bit small so we decided to take it home to eat with our party of 6. How'd did he know I miss the mess of eating crab!! Our wait staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Our server Kaela was probably one of the best servers I've ever had.

I hope in the future, ill get any of them as my server again!. The service here is what made our experience extraordinary. I highly recommend this place food was so rich and tasty, the serving amount is very generous. The menu is filled with many different items, so maybe come with a few hungry friends so you can spilt things up and try a few different things. So compared to other cajun style seafood restaurants, their house sauce is more watery.

Props to the owners for putting a drive through as well. I can't wait to eat there again! Walking in the place looked really nice and very clean. I was in the mood for Jambalaya and their reviews and pics of this item did not impress me, so i mixed and matched sorta of speak my own jambalaya.
That's what you'll get here at Off the Hook. Overall the food was amazing, like it always is! The Hook is on the right. He had 2 pounds of snow crab and I had 1 pound of the whole shrimp and sausage. The manager even greeted us, which was nice. I heard about this place through a friend. There was a brief wait but tables were turning very fast. He would be taking an order for the table next to us and just glance at the husband and know he needed another beer.
Thank you for your reply. Honestly this is the first restaurant I've been to for Cajun food and I was blown away by how good the food was. When she served me last time, she was so kind and so happy. Trust me I'll be back! I was the 3rd car in line and place my order for super smothered rice with double grilled catfish, no shrimp. Have a party or event coming up, we can accommodate you! If you like pickles you will like this. It cost a little more but it always tastes fresh and it's enjoyable. Before I start this review, let me state my credentials.
I had the shrimp w sausage with a hot tea and it was delicious as usual! Flavor is still good but definitely thinner and watery. Fries cooked perfectly, all the added extras after mixing in was coated perfectly and it was a large portion. Next time I may just go for the fried fish. I hope you open up a second location down town someday so I can have lunch! I noticed the cooks were laughing and greeting regulars. The other servers that assisted us were just as helpful! I wish I would have invested. We also offer a large selection of wines to satisfy even the finickiest of tastes.
Id rate this restaurant more than 5 stars if i could! When i first arrived, 5pmish on Saturday it was dairly empty but by 6pm, it was full and there was a wait line. There were still a lot of people, but we were seated right away. Huge portion though made to share. I've already sent a message to Chanel. I tried the Cherry Kool Aid Pickle, I wasnt a big fan but I am going to try the other flavors! Catfish was also perfectly cooked and tartar sauce was fresh and delicious. Four of us came in for dinner on a Saturday around 8:45pm. Cajun Fries - Was okay, wouldn't get it next time.
They apparently did double shrimp instead of double catfish. The girls shared the grits and shrimp, I went for the loaded fries supreme, which came with a fillet of fish and 5 fried shrimp. We tried the jambalaya and i kid you not, it was thee best thing is ever tasted! A few orders of shrimp po boys Not the best in my opinion but it worked. Tried this for the first time based on reviews. I really like the food, but since the south location opened, the service up north has deteriorated.
If you're in the mood for something more eclectic, we have that too. Solid food with fresh seafood flavored with cajun spices. She checked on us at least 20 times while we were there, always a delight and we were never lacking. Oh, and let me not forget the Kool-Aid pickles. We came here for my mom's birthday dinner. Cajun for shrimp never disappoint me. Turn right on South Redmond Road.
